Terms of Service

1. Overview

Sub2Base ("we", "us", "our") is a platform that enables creators to monetise Telegram groups and channels through recurring USDT subscriptions. By accessing or using Sub2Base at sub2base.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sub2Base. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Creator accounts

Creators are individuals or entities who register on Sub2Base to sell subscriptions to their Telegram groups or channels. As a creator, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
  • Be solely responsible for the content and conduct of your Telegram group or channel
  • Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use Sub2Base to distribute illegal content, promote fraud, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law
  • Keep your payout wallet address accurate — Sub2Base is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address you provided

4. Subscriber payments

Subscribers pay for access to creator groups using USDT cryptocurrency. All payments are processed through NOWPayments. By subscribing to a group, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed. You are responsible for researching a group before subscribing.
  • Sub2Base is a platform intermediary. We do not control the content or quality of creator groups.
  • Access to a group is contingent on your subscription remaining active. Access is automatically removed when a subscription expires or is cancelled.
  • A subscription fee covers access to the group for the stated period. It does not guarantee any specific content, returns, or outcomes.

5. Platform fee

Sub2Base charges an 8% commission on all successful payments. There are no monthly or setup fees. The commission is deducted automatically before funds are credited to the creator's wallet.

6. Payouts

Creators may withdraw their available balance to a USDT cryptocurrency wallet at any time, subject to a minimum withdrawal of $10.00. A 24-hour lock applies when a payout method is changed. Sub2Base processes payouts via NOWPayments; where automated processing is unavailable, payouts are handled manually within a reasonable timeframe.

Sub2Base is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, blockchain network congestion, or third-party payment processor issues.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use Sub2Base to:

  • Distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the platform's security features
  • Use the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse platform features

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found in violation of these terms, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Sub2Base is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations about the suitability of any creator's group or content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Sub2Base shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of access to a Telegram group. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to Sub2Base in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Sub2Base at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination, any available balance in your creator wallet will remain withdrawable for 30 days, after which unclaimed funds may be forfeited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered creators by email of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
